1) A minimum amount to be invoiced is required, if not reached, an extra charge will be debited.

2) The ordered quantities will be delivered in multiples of the quantities packed in bags;

The correct orderable quantity is automatically proposed for every article.

3) We must be informed of all possible rejections within 30 days from delivery of the goods. We will not accept any return after this deadline. Furthermore every return must be previously agreed.

4) It's customer's responsability to check if our products are fully suitable to every application.We strongly recommend you always do all the necessary washing and ironing tests in order to verify colour fasteness and generall suitability of our materials, particularly if the garments have to undergo special treatments.

5) The delivered quantities might have a 10% tolerance compared.

6) The products in stock will be kept in the warehouse from the confirmation date for a maximum period of 1 year.
At the expiry date the situation of goods in stock that needs to be shipped will be communicated to the customer, unless the contract varies.
